Notice of Intent to Sole Source SFS Camera Repairs

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE IAW FAR 5.203(a), NOTICE ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION DECISIONS. A SUBSEQUENT SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT MAY FOLLOW. RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADEQUATE RESPONSE TO ANY FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENT.

This requirement is for 628 SFS cameras repairs, relocation, re-installation, and replacement services for the current Avigilon control center system located at JB CHS- Air Base (AB) and Weapons Station (WS). IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), 628 SFS' camera requirement is only capable of being met by one vendor. The cameras require immediate repairs, relocation, re-installation, and replacement to ensure security of JB CHS. See the attached redacted single source justification for more information.

NO ENTITLEMENT TO PAYMENT OF DIRECT OR INDIRECT COSTS OR CHARGES INCLUDING POSTAGE AND SHIPPING WILL ARISE AS A RESULT OF THE SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION
