Mission Darkness Supplies

The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-l(b) (ii). The proposed source is Merakai, LLC (DBA MOS Equipment). The procurement is to purchase Mission Darkness RF Shielded Phone & Table Locker, Mission Darkness Blocker Locker and the Mission Darkness Blocker Locker Stand. This requirement will be from FY24. This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for equipment. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations.
