The Space Systems Command (SSC) located at Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is seeking Statements of Capabilities (SOC) and demonstrations of counter-targeting capabilities from interested parties to support the Combat Forces Command (CFC), Mission Delta 3 (MD 3) and SSC, System Delta 89 (SYD 89) space electromagnetic warfare systems improvement initiative.
