The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to replace 2 HVAC units at CLT Air Traffic Control Tower in Charlotte, NC Point of Contact: Tony Bryant, Contracting Officer 817 222-4178 tony.w.bryant@faa.gov The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified small business HVAC Contractors interested in providing offers for the work described below General Statement of Work:

CLT ATCT: Provide all labor, materials, supervision, and transportation to replace 2 HVAC units at CLT Air Traffic Control Tower in Charlotte, NC 1. Contract performance time is 14 calendar days after issuance of the Notice-to-Proceed.

2. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside 3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors 4. The Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million 5. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed construction project is between $150,000.00 and $250,000.00. 6. Site Visits are not mandatory, but may be requested. Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal.

The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available late September 2024. Contractors must submit their request for this package no later than 5:00 pm (CST) by September 2024.
