Description

As published on SAM.gov.

The U.S. Army Tank Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among qualified contractors for services related to maintenance, repair and overhaul, equipment modification, installation of equipment and technical representative services to keep machines, systems, and vehicles functioning or in working order. The Market Survey Questionnaire will provide a better understanding of the capabilities of industry companies as potential sources.

It will identify the contractors who may possess the required technical expertise, facilities resources, and demonstrated experience. The projected contract period of performance will be for an estimated 2-years of continued ordering capability under the Equipment Related Services (ERS) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ).

The purpose of this Market Survey is to gauge the interest of industry in being on-ramped onto the Army Contacting Command – Detroit Arsenal’s (ACC-DTA) ERS MA IDIQ contract suite. ACC-DTA is performing this research in order to establish the best path forward on several potential courses of action. ACC-DTA also intends to increase the ceiling of the ERS MA IDIQ if interest and capability of on-ramping exists.

The ERS MA IDIQ currently has 21 awardees made up of 14 Other Than Small Businesses and 7 Small Businesses. There will not be a Q&A period for this market survey. Comments received will be considered internally. For the purposes of this Market Survey, the contractor should assume 100% of the work will take place at multiple locations in the United States and overseas. This Market Survey is a continuation of Market Research from the Market Survey published 12 MAR 2025 on SAM.gov (ERS-MS-CI01).
