This notice shall also be used for planning and market research purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.

Pre-solicitation Notice for a Minor Construction Project.

Project Title: USBC Tenant Improvement Services.

Location: Federal Building, 300 Booth St, Reno, NV 89509.

Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Contract Type: Single Firm-Fixed Price award.

NAICS: 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction).

Scope: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to conduct tenant improvement services including, but not limited to, construct new wall partitions, replace door hardware, demo shelving units, and replace flooring.

Magnitude: Estimated below $50,000.

Solicitation: The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for this requirement as a 100% set-aside for Total Small Business concerns. The RFQ will not be publicly posted on SAM.gov. The RFQ will be issued directly via email to qualified vendors. Only quotes from responsible concerns will be considered.

Governing Regulations: This acquisition will be conducted using the commercial construction procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The pre-solicitation notice itself is posted in accordance with RFO FAR 5.201(a) to publicize the upcoming requirement.

Action Required for Interested Contractors: To be considered for the RFQ distribution list, interested contractors must complete the following Google form.
