This Sources Sought Announcement is for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and VTE Services Contract per the attached Draft Performance Based Work Statement (PBWS) for the following location: (1) Phoenix Federal Building (AZ0052ZZ) 230 N 1st Avenue, Phoenix, AZ (2) Federal Parking Lot (AZ0051ZZ) 314 N 2nd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies (shipping & handling) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, including vertical transportation and all related systems/ services located within the property line of the above listed locations.
This is not a request for proposal or quotes, and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award of a contract. Interested contractors should respond to this sources sought with positive statement of interest and with answers to the requested information on the attached Industry Feedback Request Form.
