FY2027 Fair Annual Rent Assessment, North Dakota

SOLICITATION # EQ8PT-24-0007 This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Region 8, is soliciting for an appraisal to estimate the Fair Annual Rent on three (3) federally controlled buildings located within the state of North Dakota. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06. This is a Women Owned Small Business set aside.

If you meet these criteria, please submit your Representations and Certifications indicating your current status (attached Representation and Certifications section (b)(6)(i)). The NAICS code for this action is 531320 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8M. The Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for this action is as follows:

Performance of the work requirements under this contract is expected to be completed within 60 calendar days beginning on the day of award. All work is to be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (FY2027 Fair Annual Rent Appraisal, North Dakota). All interested parties are asked to read this document in its entirety and respond to this notice in accordance with the below requirements.

Please return the following by no later than close of business, 4:30PM (MT), on 26 August 2024 for consideration: 1. Quote encompassing all requirements in the attached scope of work. See attachment 2. Provide the following official documentation: Certified General Appraiser License to Perform Appraisals in the State of North Dakota.

3. Complete Representations and Certification – Commercial Items and return with proposal (attached), indicating firm is Women Owned Small Business (under 52.212-3 (b)(6)(i)) The Government will verify available past performance data within the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and any other available past contract data. All performance documented must be satisfactory or above for consideration. A lack of past performance data will be evaluated as neutral without impact on evaluation.
