NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This notice of intent is issued by U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Region 4, Public Buildings Service, Acquisition Management Division, Atlanta, GA 30303 for a sole source award for Cost Estimating for Project Manager training. This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to The Gordian Group, Inc. under the statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP).

Description of Services: This opportunity is available only to The Gordian Group, Inc, for a one-day training course entitled “Estimating for Project Managers." The period of performance for this training course is 10/16/2024 - 10/16/2024. This training is required for Project Managers to help maintain their focus on cost estimating, enhance skill sets, obtain CLPS to maintain FAC – P/PM certification status and also benefits Architects and Engineers staff, who can obtain CEUs.
