NARA Replace Roof on Bays F&G

Project Information The goal of this project is replace the roofing assembly to eliminate water infiltration in a portion of the existing structure. The area of work is limited to the southern section of the roof, over Bays F&G. GSA requires that a comprehensive solution is provided by the Contractor ensuring a 10-year warranty lifespan. This effort will satisfy the owner’s requirements and timeline continued operation and use over the next 10 years.
