Extreme Long Range-Sniper Rifle

United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is seeking to replace older anti- materiel and anti-personnel rifles such as the M107 and MK15 with a newer system. This Sources Sought Notice will provide valuable market research on state-of-the-art sniper systems. Interested vendors must provide their submission through Marvin Marcia marvin.marcia@socom.mil. Please see the attached requirements document for full details. Also attached is a white paper template.

This template is recommended, but not mandatory and the intent is to provide general guidance to assist vendors submit their official responses UPDATE: We are extending this notice for 2 more weeks to ensure that we get maximum participation from industry. If you have a solution, please send in a white paper. In the white paper, please provide a timeline of when you can provide a fully functional sniper rifle. Previous vendors can modify their white papers and resubmit. If you have any questions, please let me know.
