The Construction Flight of the 14th Contracting Squadron plans to establish a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract to provide Paving and Civil Works Construction for Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi with a base plus four (4) option year ordering period with an estimated ceiling of $50M.
