This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority Section by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. 379 Expeditionary Communication Squadron at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar has a requirement for the Personal Wireless Communication Systems Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services.
