Description

As published on SAM.gov.

The U.S. Department of Education (the Department) is conducting market research to determine if sufficient interest and capability exists in the marketplace for the “Evaluating Career Pathways Programs and Strategies” requirement. This notice is NOT a request for quotes but is an invitation for potential offerors to express interest and provide information regarding their relevant knowledge, skills and capabilities. Information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice may be used to assist the Department in finalizing its acquisition strategy.

Disclaimer: The Department will not pay for the provision of any information, nor will it compensate any respondents for providing this information. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract to any interested party. Feedback will not be provided to any interested party who submits information to the Department in response to this notice.

In response to both attached DRAFT Performance Work Statements (PWSs), the Department hereby solicits capability statements from eligible, interested parties. There are two DRAFT PWSs for this requirement, one is the PWS for the proposed Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and the other is the PWS for the first Task Order issued under the awarded IDIQ contract.

Offerors should primarily refer to the IDIQ PWS as the Department wants to capture the capabilities to carry out the full scope of work that could be required under the IDIQ. The responses can also speak to the Task Order 0001 PWS, however, this is just one example of the type of work that may be procured under the IDIQ. Please see attached "Sources Sought Instructions for Capability Statements" for full instructions for submission.
