This is a sole source contract action to Encore Winter Quarters Resort, at 21632 StateRoad 54, Lutz, FL 33549 – Pasco County for the monthly lease of eight (8) TravelTrailer (TT) lots / pads from this Commercial Park required to place temporary housingunits for Applicants requesting assistance as a result of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Perthe Stafford Act, the length of the Direct Housing Assistance Program is 18 months from thePresidential Disaster Declaration (9/28/2024 for Hurricane Helene, and 10/11/2024 forHurricane Milton), pending extensions determined by US Congress.
