Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call Order against Florida Heritage BPA Archeology

Title: Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call Order against Florida Heritage BPA Archeology Description: ROCK BLUFF SITE EVALUATION Apalachicola National Forest The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), East Zone, is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA’s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3—SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).

The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against multiple award schedule BPAs for Florida Heritage BPA Archeology located at USDA’s Contract Portal, awarded against solicitation number: 12467020R0047 for archaeological sites and historic properties within specified parcels of ONF property (referred to as “stands:) proposed for ground-disturbing activities including, but not limited to, mechanized fuels-reduction, drum roller-chopping, site-preparation, manual and mechanized tree-felling, dragging, skidding, decking, loading of timber, etc. This is not a solicitation.

This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Florida Heritage BPA Archeology Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS with agreement numbers 12444123A0015 through 12444123A0018. There are currently 4 businesses that will receive this solicitation.

The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. Point of Contact is randall.taylor@usda.gov.

The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
