The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Asset Management International, LLC (AMI), 2025 1st Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The EOUSA anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to AMI for Asset Track Server Annual Software Subscription, Support and Maintenance to provide tracking for hardware assets in EOUSA headquarters and its 94 districts. The period of performance is anticipated to be twelve months and three one-year option periods (total 48 months). The EOUSA can maintain complete, current, and accurate hardware asset information within its property management database.

The EOUSA is required to perform a wall-to-wall annual inventory in all 94 Districts as well as Headquarters. Within each district, there are employees assigned to property management that are tasked with scanning and verifying asset information in their Districts. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only.

However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
