NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

A NOTICE OF INTENT for the US Government (USG) to initiate a contract modification for a Sole Source procurement action to increase the requirements of the current Supply and Delivery of Fuel Contract at U.S. Embassy Lusaka. The modification will be under Contract 19ZA6023D0001 with Puma Energy Zambia. The USG intends to increase the quantity of fuel required for Option Year 1 from 1,000,000 liters to 1,750,000 liters. It’s the USG intention to increase fuel quantities for the current Option Year 1 which ends on February 28, 2025. We intend to award to the existing contractor.
