Notice of Intent - Expand and Renovate AFE Facility Building 207, Peterson SFB

Notice of Intent to Sole Source:

SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the expansion and renovation of the Flight Crew Equipment Facility Building 207 at Peterson Space Force Base, CO. As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:

Industrial Control System: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for Johnson Controls parts. Johnson Controls Inc. is the approved sole source supplier for Peterson SFB in accordance with the Installation Facility Standards Supplement D09 dated 01 August 2021. HVAC: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement which requires Trane to be the sole source manufacturer in accordance with the Air Force’s standardization decision dated 10 May 2019.
