USAID DRG Office of Elections and Political Processes (EPP) USPSC Program Support Specialist

USAID intends to issue a solicitation for a U.S. Personal Services Contract (USPSC) for one (1) Elections and Political Processes Program Support Specialist, at the GS-13 equivalent level for USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG), Office of Elections and Political Processes (EPP). The Specialist serves in the EPP Office within the DRG Bureau. EPP provides technical program support on elections and political processes and democratic political transitions to USAID field Missions and Washington bureaus; other U.S. Government entities, and the broader DRG community. The Program Support Specialist works as member of the DRG/EPP team to:

help identify technical program opportunities for USAID to support democratic movements; support technical activity design responses to those opportunities; work directly with contractors and implementing partners to effectively implement those responses; monitor the impact of those responses; and provide other associated technical and program support management assistance. The EPP Program Support Specialist provides this support via Washington-based, and temporary duty (TDY) assignments.

The duration of the contract period is anticipated to include a two (2) year base period with three (3) one-year option periods for a total maximum possible period of performance of five (5) years. The solicitation will be published on the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov).
