TRADOC Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2) Operational Environment (OE) and Core Functions

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, VA is hereby posting a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Deputy Chief for Intelligence (G-2). The DRAFT RFP is not a formal solicitation. The DRAFT RFP is designed to reduce proposal preparation time and promote a clearer understanding of the TRADOC G-2 requirement. This notice does NOT constitute a formal solicitation and is not a commitment by the Government to procure services.

Responses from interested vendors are not offers and the Government has no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. Interested parties are asked to submit questions, comments, and/or suggestions of the DRAFT documents to the individuals listed in this announcement by the response due date. All questions shall be submitted via email only.

The Reference Number for this DRAFT solicitation is DRAFT-RFP-W911S025RA001 and has changed from the associated Sources Sought Notice Reference Number PANMCC-24-P-0000009738. No amendments to this notice are anticipated to be issued containing responses to vendor submitted questions. The feedback received in response to this notice will be used to finalize solicitation documents. A formal question and answer opportunity will be identified upon issuance of the formal solicitation.
