The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, may have a requirement for the lease of 3 or more multifunction printer/copier/scanner device(s) to include maintenance and support services and all necessary supplies, excluding paper in the local Rhode Island area. Vendors must be able to comply with FAR 52.226-3 Disaster or Emergency Area Representation, 52.226-4 Notice of Disaster or Emergency Area Set Aside, 52.226-5 Restrictions on Subcontracting outside Disaster or Emergency Area.
