East Potomac Maintenance Yard Repair/Rehab

This is a Sources Sought for a Construction requirement with the National Park Service. The National Park Service is seeking sources interested in the Repair/Rehab of the East Potomac Maintenance Yard at 1000 Ohio Drive SW, Washington DC 20024. Work includes repairs to the roofing structures and replacement of Bay Doors. Please see the attached draft Statement of Work for additional details.
