CARRIZO PLAINS BUILDING RENOVATIONS

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for exterior and interior building maintenance on five existing buildings located at the MU Ranch within the Carrizo Plain National Monument. Maintenance work includes:

¿ Painting the exterior of four buildings ¿ Replacing windows at two residential buildings ¿ Repairing the tin roof of a large out-building ¿ Replacing entrance decking ¿ Replacing four sets of stairs ¿ Repairing a section of interior ceiling with water damage A draft SOW with photo exhibits is attached for your reference. The work covered by this contract includes furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete this requirement as per the accompanying specifications and drawings.

The estimated project magnitude of construction is $100,000 - $250,000. This Sources Sought (SS) is intended as a means of conducting market research, which will help determine the best method for the anticipated solicitation and subsequent award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 236118, ¿Residential Remodelers¿. The small business size standard is $45 million. This announcement is issued solely for information and planning purposes, which will help determine the best method for the anticipated solicitation and subsequent award. This request does not commit the Government to contract for any supplies or services whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
