The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho is seeking qualified Small Business sources capable of providing the following:
3’ X 6’ Mini Matrix Message Board (e.g. SMC 5000) The message board should be able to be towed behind a vehicle, with the reader board portion of the equipment being no larger or smaller than three feet by six feet in size. The message board should be come with four leveling jacks, and be equipped with a solar assist system to help keep batteries charged when the equipment is deployed.
