Washington Recreation Site Improvements for the DOI/BLM Spokane District Office in Washington. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is for Market Research purposes ONLY to determine small business interest and small business set-aside types. Interest is being sought from responsible vendors who have the technical capability to perform the following requirement. The project consists of making improvements at multiple recreation sites in the state of Washington. See attached Statement of Work ¿ ¿Description of Work.¿ The project sites are:

1. Big Pines Recreation Site 2. Chopaka Lake Recreation Site 3. Liberty Recreation Site 4. Lumuma Recreation Site 5. Palmer Mountain Recreation Site 6. Roza Recreation Site 7. Similkameen Recreation Site 8. Split Rock Recreation Site IAW FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The anticipated NAICS code is 237310. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and express their interest. Responses shall include the following:
