SALMON FO POWER FACILITIES RELOCATION The Bureau of Land Management, Idaho State Office hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Idaho Power Company under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) Soliciting from a single source. Attached is the determination that only one source is reasonably available for a FAR part 13 acquisition under the simplified acquisition threshold. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This requirement is to relocate and separate the electrical utilities infrastructure currently located within the Salmon Field Office¿s security fence. This infrastructure supplies power to both the field office and nearby private buildings.

Period of Performance: June 27, 2025 ¿ July 24, 2025. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received via email no later than June 23, 2025.
