DOI-BLM Automated Closeout Robotic Process Notice

The Bureau of Land Management intends to utilize robotic process automation (RPA) to closeout contracts in accordance with FAR 4.804. The contracts to be closed all have an expired period of performance, are fully invoiced with a zero-dollar balance, and have a final overall obligation that is below the simplified acquisition threshold. The attached list of contracts will be closed by RPA. This is an advance notice to vendors holding any of the contracts in the attached list of the forthcoming action. The RPA closeouts will begin seven days after the posting of this announcement.
