Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Red Bluff Fish and Wildlife Office in Red Bluff, CA intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000: Real Time Research, INC. 1000 SW Emkay DR Bend, Oregon 97702-1010, United States The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) seeks a vendor to provide continuing statistical and analytic services to support several programs of the Red Bluff Fish and Wildlife Office (RBFWO); including Habitat Restoration, Hatchery Evaluation and Monitoring, Mainstem Juvenile Fish Monitoring, and Tributary Monitoring, which encompasses the Battle Creek Program and Clear Creek Program.

These programs conduct research and monitoring to assess and manage the effects of federal water projects and associated activities on fish and wildlife. The selected consultant will provide statistical and analytic services to support the development, execution, automation, analyses, and interpretation of research and monitoring projects associated with these monitoring programs at RBFWO. The anticipated contract will be a base plus four year award.

This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.

If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
