The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing Pre-Solicitation Notice to www.sam.gov. This procurement action is being solicited as FULL AND OPEN to all business sizes. The NAICS code will be 332312, with a size standard of 500 employees.

This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This will involve work for a fish hatchery to fabricate a flow through aquaculture system and recirculating aquaculture system which will be further defined in the specifications document that will be provided when the solicitation is issued. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the lowest price technically acceptable.

Evaluation of interested firms will be based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) factors which will be identified in the solicitation. The solicitation package will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1449), Specifications Document and other attachments as required. Documents will be posted to the https://www.sam.gov on or about 11/20/2024. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate in this requirement. The SAM can be found at https://www.sam.gov.
