AR- NORFORK FISH HATCHERY - AERATION COLUMNS

This is a Sources Sought Notice for the purposes of conducting market research and obtaining industry information ONLY. This is NOT a request for proposal, quotation, or bid, nor a synopsis of a proposed action under FAR Subpart 5.2. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated for providing information in response to this synopsis or on any follow up information. No solicitation is currently available. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) will use information obtained through this synopsis as well as other market research to develop an acquisition strategy.

Summary: The USFWS is anticipating the solicitation and award of one firm fixed price Goods contract to supply all materials, labor, equipment, and any other incidentals necessary to perform all operations required to complete the work in conformance with the statement of work and all current codes for procurement of packed columns for Norfork National Fish Hatchery located in Mountain Home, AR. The work under this contract is expected to include, but is not limited to the following:

All related tasks, such as providing vertical column aeration units, stands and fill material. Units shall remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other volatile contaminants from water through the process of air stripping at the define flow rate. The following shall be provided: A. (48) - 30" OD Aeration Columns - Includes 1.5" Norpac media, media bags, integral inlet top with 3/8" male threaded oxygen inlet nipple; with (48) 30" Aeration Column Tilting Support Platform.

B. (20) – 8” PVC Packed Columns - with mounting brackets. Includes 1.5" Norpac media, media bags. The primary NAICS code for this acquisition will be 332312, Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing, and the size standard is 500 employees.

Response Requirements: Only SMALL BUSINESS categories are invited to respond. Responses must include the following:

1. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number 2. Document capability by providing a narrative response detailing a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 projects similar to those detailed above. 3. Project information shall include final price, location, date, and a narrative description. Responses shall be emailed to Tina Baker (tina_baker@fws.gov) no later than 8/14/2024 at 5:00 PM Eastern.
