The object of this sole source award to COLT'S MANUFACTURING COMPANY, LLC for Colt M4 LE6933-TPR01 model is authorized by the Chief, Office of Law Enforcement under Chief’s Directive CD-B1 (Rev. 1), dated April 13, 2022. Colt’s Manufacturing Company LLC is the sole source manufacturer of these rifles. USFWS Special Agents are criminal investigators assigned to the Office of Law Enforcement (OLE) for the purpose of enforcing Federal wildlife laws throughout the United States.

The purchase of these rifles will assist OLE in this assignment.. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.

If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
