MA RGNL CHIEF NWRS PROFFESSIONAL SERVICE FOR INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI) This is not a request for quotes. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) hereby submits a Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government¿s intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed priced contract to The Peregrine Fund, Inc. to provide Professional Services for Interactive Workshops.

This contract action is for commercial services under NAICS code 611430, Professional and Managment Development Training for which the agency intends to award with only one source under Authority, FAR 13.106-1(b), Simplified Acquisition procedures. This requirement is to procure professional services for designing, planning, coordinating, and hosting multiple interactive workshops for education on use of non-lead ammunition on National Wildlife Refuges.

The Peregrine Fund, Inc. will host a series of workshops in multiple states on our refuges and at ranges nearby to our refuges that will provide opportunities for outreach and to educate and demonstrate the difference between lead and non-lead ammunition for FWS Staff, State Partners, and the Public. FWS anticipates an award date of April 15, 2024, with an estimated total contract value of $60,000.00. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This is not a request for competitive quotes.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and would not be cost or time prohibitive. Responses received from this solicitation will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the agency not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the agency.
