National Atmospheric Deposition Program Monitoring

Notice of Intent for Award: The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source requirement to University of Wisconsin, for coordination for the National Atmospheric Deposition Program (NADP)/National Trend Network (NTN), and analysis of samples through the NADP Analytical Laboratory (NAL). Coordination includes network administration, data processing and publication, network quality assurance, and network equipment depot services.

It also acts as a collection agent for payment of costs of the chemical analysis of mercury deposition samples. University of Wisconsin has been determined to be the only entity with the capability to provide the required services for the NADP/NTN, and analysis of samples through the NADP Analytical Laboratory (NAL) NADP monitoring services. If you disagree with this sole source, you may submit your argument and a statement of capability for this requirement for consideration. Responses are due No Later Than 8:00 A.M.
