Any firm that believes itself capable of meeting the requirement described within the attachment may submit a capability statement to william.rilee@bsee.gov which may be considered if received by the agency prior to the response deadline listed on this SAM.gov notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the Government's requirements described in this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
