Notice of BSEE use of RPA to close contracts

The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), intends to utilize robotic process automation (RPA) to closeout BSEE and Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) contracts in accordance with FAR 4.804.

The contracts identified to be closed all have met the following requirements: -Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders/Task Orders (DO/TO) and Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) calls -$0.00 total Undelivered Orders (UDO) -120 days or more beyond the period of performance end date -No close-out action has been previously completed in the BSEE contracting system (PRISM) The attached list of contracts will be closed by BSEE. This is an advance notice to vendors.

The attached list are the contracts that have been identified of the forthcoming closeout actions. The RPA closeouts will begin 15 days after the posting of this announcement.
