Disinfection and Pest Control Services for BIA, Chinle Agency HQ NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Chosh Adin Consulting LLC emergency decontamination and pest control services for the BIA, Chinle Agency Headquarters, Chinle, AZ, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).

Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).
