Repair of a Motor Grader for BIA, Western Navajo Agency, Branch of Transportation NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Wagner Equipment for emergency repairs for a motor grader for Western Navajo Agency, Branch of Transportation, Tuba City, AZ, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).

Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).
