Emergency Sewer Line Repair, Chinle Agency HQ NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Shundiin Shine Lighting and Electrical Supplies, LLC, for emergency repairs for the sewer line break for Chinle Agency Headquarters, Chinle, AZ, for the Navajo Region Branch of Facility Management, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).

Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).
