Repairs to 140M Caterpillar Motor Grader 53880, WNA, BOT NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Wagner Equipment for repairs to a 140M Caterpillar Motor Grader Western Navajo Agency, Branch of Transportation, Tuba City, AZ, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
