The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Wagner Equipment, for the Emergency Repair for a 140H Motor Grader for NRO, Chinle Agency, Branch of Transportation, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
