The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Indigenous Design & Studio - Architecture for the A&E Structural Assessment for Bldg. 40 & 251, for BIA, Branch of Facility Management, Gallup, NM under the authority of FAR 12.102-(a), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).
