NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with AAA Pumping Service, Inc., under the authority of FAR 12.102 (a) sole Source. Urgent request to empty solid sewage waste from the $20,000-gallon septic tank at Pueblo Pintado Community School.

Currently, the tank is nearly full and needs to be emptied within the next 2 weeks before sewage starts to discharge into the environment. The anticipated delivery is May 31, 2026. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered regarding this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562991.
