NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Millennium Contracting LLC for the repair of the front entrance stairs and front gutter system for Bldg 267, Fire Management office, for BIA, Navajo Regional Office, Branch of Facility Management, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238390. If a firm believes that the BIA should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 16:00 p.m. MDT on April 8, 2026.
