NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Empower Educational Consulting, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
BIE Tse’ii’ahi Community School has a requirement for Empower Educational Consulting, LLC to provide instructional support and coaching for all academic staff for SY25-26 based upon its Empower Educational Consulting, LLC copyrighted educational material. The anticipated delivery date will be September 17, 2026.
Empower Educational Consulting, LLC has issued a single source letter indicating that there are no authorized providers of this brand-specific requirement.
