NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with New HMH Education Company under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

BIE Beclabito Day School has a requirement for HMH Education Company to provide instructional support and coaching for all academic staff for SY23-24 based upon its HMH Education Company copyrighted educational material. The anticipated delivery date will be September 2, 2026. HMH Education Company has issued a single source letter indicating that there are no authorized providers of this brand-specific requirement.
