NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with AAA Pumping Services, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Pueblo Pintado Community School has a 20,000-gallon septic tank that is nearly full and needs to be pumped to prevent overflow of sewage.

This work is needed for the sanitary health of students and staff and to ensure no spillage into the environment The anticipated delivery is May 28, 2025. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562991.
