NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Jemez Mountain Electric Cooperative, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302, 41 U.S.C. 253(c) Sole Source. Urgent request for electric hookup to Marque Sign at Ojo Encino Day School, vendor is the current utility provider for the school.

The anticipated delivery is June 30, 2025. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 221122.
