NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Trane U.S. Inc., under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 sole Source. Urgent request to Trouble-shoot heat pumps at Ojo Encino Day School. The contractor Trane has services the TRAN HVAC unit as a sole Proprietor.
