Notice of Intent to Sole Source

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Horizon Enterprises Plumbing & Heating, Inc., under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 sole Source. Urgent request to Urgent Remove/Replace Roof Top Unit at Bread Springs. Unit is old and releasing high level of carbon monoxide and needs to be replaced.

The unit provides heat to Kitchen/cafeteria area of the main school building. The anticipated delivery is May 31, 2025. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220.
